About me

I’m a girl and I’m a 20 year old Brit. I’m currently studying English Literature with English Language at university. I spend a a lot of time contemplating, whilst people watching on trains, or staring out onto the lush fields of Cheshire zooming by. I love the paradox of being inconspicuous in the midst of a buzzing city, and an individual with thoughts zooming round my head. I love walking through Manchester where the old industrial red brick buildings have spawned modern glass buildings with a million floors. I love the smell of rain, and the touch of cold hands on warm cheeks. I made this blog as a release for my thoughts, and also a kind of place to have diary entries. It’s a place where I can make typos, grammatical errors, and write incoherent ramblings without the fear of being judged – I hope you won’t mind.

Why not follow me on Twitter I’m @scribblingtrainย for an insight into my delirious thoughts.

You can also keep up to date with my blog by following me on bloglovin’.

Other random things

I was born and bought up in the South of England and moved to the Northwest after I left school.

I’m easily amused.

People tell me my laugh is contagious.

I’m a Leo. Grr.

I broke my left femur at the age of twelve.

I still don’t know what my favourite colour is whether it’s royal blue or some sort of deep green.
